How do I get started?

Please contact us at (808) 738-9526 or by email at probatehawaii@gmail.com so that we can obtain more information about the decedent’s Estate and discuss with you how you should proceed in administering the decedent’s Estate.

Call us for the Probate Checklist and upon completion you can fax the form to us at (808) 596-9526 or mail the completed form to our office, and you will also receive a $100.00 discount on our legal fees.

The Probate Checklist can also be downloaded via .doc file or .pdf file.
